Lovely Location, enough living space for a couple. Very convienient for York and surrounding area.
Whilst the facilities were good, the actual kitchen equipment that I would have expected to even undertake basic food preparation was severely lacking.

A very homely and comfortable B and B in a quiet village. It was very convenient for York city only 10 minutes away. Breakfast was generous and proprietor was friendly and welcoming.
Not really a complaint-just an observation!-the bed was very creaky-maybe the bolts on the frame needed tightening!
